• Returns within 7 days are for store credit only. Jewelry must be new, unworn, and its original condition and packaging.
• If an item is damaged during shipping to you, contact Russell Jones Jewelry within two (2) days of the item’s receipt so that
we may repair or replace the item. Please save all packaging and proof of damage.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Due to the fluctuating nature of the cost of precious metals and gemstones, future prices are subject to change.
• Special Orders and Custom Jewelry are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.
REPAIRS & RESIZING:
Repairs for damage and jewelry resizing may be done at our discretion for a reasonable charge. Contact us via email for pricing at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship for up to 60 days from date of purchase. If we find your jewelry to be defective, we will repair or replace it at our discretion. Jewelry that has been bent, abraded, or otherwise damaged can be repaired in most cases but there will a fee charged.
